This isn’t Psoriasis. It’s LICHEN SIMPLEX CHRONICUS OR COMMONLY CALLED NEURO-DERMATITIS. Topinate cr TDS application with Clop S oint in evening Cetrizet 1 m& Trika SR 0.5 mg hs for 20 days
