Clinical Findings A 20 years old woman presented to the emergency department with an 8 month history if swelling and pain in the right thigh . Investigational Findings . MRI of the right leg reveled a large periosteal femoral mass and thrombus in the right femoral vein , for which she recieved anticoagulant therapy . The patient subsequently experienced dyspnoea and pleuritic chest pain , a chest x ray was done . What is likely the diagnosis ..? 1.
