Incidental finding in a 60 y/o female c/o 10 month hx of unrelieved diarrhea w/ associated 65 lb weight loss. Hx anxiety, ulcers, Bell's palsy. Takes associated meds. No allergies. HR 70, BP 103/67, RR 18, SpO2 96% RA. Pt. transported w/o incident. IV established, received 250 ml fluid. Denied hx of liver disease, cancer, c. diff, foreign travel, or other GI issues besides past ulcers.

45 yr old male having history of diarrhoea on n off since last 1 to 2 months. had weight loss of 5 kg in last 2 months. Blood investigation suggested mild microcytic hypochromic anemia. ESR was 84. SGPT 84 SGOT 100 Bilirubin 2.3 Albumin 2.9 Globulin 3.2 Stool R&M normal. CECT Abdomen suggested a clinching diagnosis. Kindly give your diagnosis n discuss further management.
