#2 - 35y/m_ c/c burning sensation in feet, low healing of wound in lower limb, low appetite, athralgia, piles ... Diagnosis??? Medicine???

Could be Psoriasis Genital psoriasis may represent piles Methotrexate induced non-healing ulcer Psoriasis patches may cause burning pain Somehow psoriatic arthritis may happen

Rule out the DM-2 for non healing ulcer vit.b12 deficiency Arthralgia- S.URIC ACID, ESR, RA TEST piles -internal or external ; thrombosed or not??.
