It cannot be purpura bcz the lesions are not flat, they seem to be small erythematous papules, probably due to allergy.Purpuric lesions tend to spread in wide area, which may be due to deficiency of one or more coagulating factors.CBC (DC) may reveal allergic origin. If it is so,Haridrakhand avaleha 1 tsf bds along with external application of Cutis cream(Vasu)-twice daily.
