Atopic dermatitis elbow. Atopic dermatitis can cause small, red bumps, which can be very itchy. When scratched, the bumps may leak fluid and crust over. Atopic dermatitis most often occurs where your skin flexes — inside the elbows, behind the knees and in front of the neck.

Dr.Mahima, Visuals 1, 2, 3 shows nonspecific lesions... could be XEROSIS simplex or atopic... 4 th pic shows...marginal active lesions...but these are also not characteristic lesions... may be fungal origin ... So simple topical antifungal cream is sufficient in this case..moisturizers also beneficial.

As observed in my opinion ,the elbow region is suffering from atopic dermatitis and other regions are suferring from Tinea annulare

IT'S A..CASE OF.. ? TENIA.. ? TC ..

Tnx Dr Shivraj Agarwal sir
