It appears from the picture it appears that pt had fulminating infection of rt thigh leading to necrosis of skin with subcutaneous tissue where debribement of dead sikin and the underlying soft tissue with regular dressing the wound became healthy with welformed granulation tissue. This is the high time ti go for split skin grafting after superficial scrapping of the woung with scrapping or excision of the skin margin.
