Doctor demonstrates breathing technique for coronavirus patients

A doctor has demonstrated a breathing technique to help coronavirus patients with respiratory symptoms. The technique involves taking five deep breaths in, holding your breath each time for five seconds. On the sixth deep breath, do a big cough. Repeat that cycle once. Then, lay flat on your front and breath slightly deeper for then minutes.

This breathing technique is similar to Active cycle of breathing, which is used to loosen secretions , improve ventilation and improve effectiveness of cough...since it's a self procedure, patient can repeat as required and maintain airway hygiene.
