Breastfeeding contraindication are situations where the mother has conditions such as an addiction or disease that would make it harmful to the baby, should the baby be breastfed.  The baby has galactosaemia, • Mother has active untreated tuberculosis, T-cell lymphotrophic virus type 1 or 11, • Mother is receiving diagnostic or therapeutic radio- active isotopes or has had exposure to radioactive materials, • Mother is receiving antimetabolites or other che- motherapeutic agents, • Mother is abusing drugs, • Mother has herpes simplex lesions on a breast (the baby may feed from the other breast if free from le- sions), • Mother is HIV positive.

Well narrated by Dr. Sachin Shah... Quarantine- is for prevention in person (on Ships/facilities)- multiple persons stays ... Isolation - is for surroundings spread prevention (cabin for each person)... prevents contact also Home quarantine - for asymptotic patients self-distancing even from relatives...(separate room with limited contact)
