Septic Arthritis

9 years male child with history of fever since 3 days. Painful hip and knee joints. Movement restricted and poor weight bearing. Blood tests suggestive of Sepsis. Please comment on the X ray.

Fever?? P.Vivax ??low immunity cause TB hip.Rule out septic arthritis of hip also Arthrocentosis adv high bone concentration antibiotics Cefotaxim;lincomycin etc

Aspiration n jt irrigation with c and s and treatment as per sensitivity report.give the rest to the jts .n for 3 wks..No wt bearings till recovery
