These burns partially superficial and partly deep burns less 5 % of BSA will heal in another 2- 3 weeks time .As thse are already one week old look clean wound. I think best option is clean with betadine lotion and do sofratulle or tullrgrass dressings on alternate days till the wound heals. Oral Amoxyclav and protein , Zinc , Vitamin C supplements will help

It looks like post superficial and part deep burns Burnt area is not very big It must be 1 - 2 % only Wound is showing healthy granulation in part of area Adv Proper scrubbing of burnt area with soap and water to remove all dirty infected and dead tissue Continue Silverex ointment dressing It should heal in 10 - 15 days time
hospitalisation is a must in case of atidagdha. Plusta, durdagdha and samyak dagdha can be taken care of by atasyadi lepa and tankan malahara lepa. Cold water should not be applied on burns rather ghee or aloe vera is good option. Coconut water is good to replenish nutrients and electrolytes.
Diabetics if present control it. Necrotising fasciitis of lower limb , bitadine cleaning with sumag dressing , limb elevation and antibiotic. Plus anti inflammatory drugs , check for peripheral pulses also.
If absent Then blood thiners accordingly
