Reddish soft single nodule since 4 months (Figure 1). Lesion was excised. Figures 2-8 shows HP changes. Please suggests provisional diagnosis. Thank you.

It's a case of.. * Pyogenic granuloma.. *Hemangioma.. * BCC.. Better to evaluate histopathological study Biopsy ..

Pyogenic granuloma with increased plasma cell infiltration & plasma cell vasculitis. ? Polyclonal gammopathy.
