Heart rate is more than 150bpm Sinus tachycardia But p is not significant SINUS ARRHYTHMIA
ECG shows sinus tachycardia Otherwise ECG is within normal limits
Junctional tachycardia, Low voltage tracing.
Here RECORDING SPEED IS 12.5mm/sec Heigh is 5mm/mv So Pz repeat at Standard Criteria
P wave is missing
