A female aged 46 years who is a known diabetic on medication Chief Complaints Pain Left flank (severe) Req iv analgesic daily (x 15 days) Painful micturition (x 7 days) 2 episodes of hematuria Physical Examination Left renal angle tenderness (+) Investigations CT abdomen
It’s just EPN, no polycystic kidney. Placing a DJ stent and a PCN is the treatment. If patient condition does not improve then only nephrectomy os required

Dear friends this is a case of 4yrs kid h/o Rt.Renal calculi about 14mm since 6months ....since the child is having consistent UTI with occasional heameturia....the has been taken to multiple hospitals but not treated well he is not fit for the surgery coz congenital IHD.... other than the baby is absolutely fine there is no h/o fever also but constitingly baby has loosing weight since from 3 months... earlier it was 16kg now today it's 11kg....so please suggest proper Rx ...can we treat this baby without surgery.....I'm requesting all our Ayush drs...give your valuable opinion....
