Enlarging mass on neck

Chief compliant A 17 y/o female complaints of an enlarging mass on the left side of the neck with pain for the past 1 month. History She feels feverish and complains of fatigue. She has no underlying disease or any other symptoms. Vitals BP: 130/85 mmhg, Temp: 101.1 degree F, Respiratory rate: 21 breaths per minute, Pulse rate: 87 bpm Investigations She has 2*3 cm lymph node in the left anterior triangle of the neck and many other smaller cervical lymph nodes. Her tonsils are inflamed and have a white-grey membrane. She complains of throat pain. Diagnosis My most probable diagnosis is Infectious mononucleosis, what about you?

Apart from Infectious mooneucleosis... kissing disease, an infection with the Epstein-Barr virus. Mono (glandular fever) is transmitted by saliva. Other high probability of CERVICAL LYMPHADENITIS KOCH'S CBS../ESR./..FNAC WOULD BETTER CONCLUDE THE MATTER.

Cervical lymphadenitis Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude till reports complied. Bs Antibiotics orally. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Betadine lotion gargles bd.
