SUGGESTIVE. OF... INFECTITIOUS MONONUCLEOSIS... DD TUBERCULAR LYMPHADENITIS .. LYMPHOMA .. THORACIC MALIGMANCY ADVISABLE... AT. LEAST.... ALL. ROUTINE. INVESTIGATION ECG.. USG.....CHEST. AND. ABDOMEN

Apart from Infectious mooneucleosis... kissing disease, an infection with the Epstein-Barr virus. Mono (glandular fever) is transmitted by saliva. Other high probability of CERVICAL LYMPHADENITIS KOCH'S CBS../ESR./..FNAC WOULD BETTER CONCLUDE THE MATTER.

Thank Dr.Sebistaji.
