? HYPERHIDROSIS.. NEED'S.. HORMONAL STUDY.. MULTIVITAMINS ANTIOXIDANTS..
sweating palms and feet Pitta shamak aushadhi internally. local application of saindhav lavan with shatdhaut ghrit( Butter can be used if ghrit is not available)
Ask whether sweating occurs in stressful situation only or check whether it has any relation with stress. Check whether other symptoms of pittavruddhi are there are not. Check for any pitta vikrutis. I dont think this is due to medovruddhi as sweating locations are of pitta & raktapradhan. The people with depressed mood often have this symptom. Check psychological parameters like sleep, irritability, anger, anxiety, fear etc. I think shee needs mana prasannakar dravyas. As per your explanation she might not be pitta or medo vruddhi case. I think is mentally stressed.

A close relative (53yrs, female, hypertensive, no history of diabetes and tobacco) was admitted in ICU for 15 days due to severe viral pneumonia/ARDS. The pneumonia is now almost cured, but the patient has developed these gangrene like dead cells on her fingers. Most likely cause is a thrombus developed in wrist due to pic line used during pneumonia treatment. The vascular surgeons took a call to not take surgical intervention at that time due to severity of lung damage and started heparin. She is out of ICU for last 1 week, but still getting fever multiple times everyday. All the blood tests for bacterial infections are coming negative. The doctors at the hospital are saying that they will wait for sometime and then probably amputate the affected area. Is there any way to heal this without surgery? Also, could gangrene be cause of fever? Edit: I have attached the image of Doppler report. Also heparin is going on for last 20 days.

54 yof recently developed lesion on the back. painful plus blisters. Biopsy, surprisingly, identified Herpes Simplex Type II.. she has had this in the genital area for many years. Even opted for C/Section with her last child to limit chance of transfer. Also area of hypoesthesia near one knee.. wondering if that could be from a HSII related peripheral neuropathy. Starting Acyclovir oral and topical immediately. Should we consider a compromised immunity?
