To me it looks like preseptal cellulitis following furuncle or canaliculitis rather than acute dacryocystitis.

Acute dacryocystitis with pointing lacrimal abscess with preseptal cellulitis in a child with congenital dacryocystitis.

@Dr. Suneel Pentyala @Dr. E Ahmed . Dear sir , as there is h/o watering , acute dacryocystitis seems to be more likely Dx.

acute Dacryocystitis leading to preseptal cellulitis

Dacrocystitis.

Acute dacryocystitis... start oral antibiotics and antiinflammatories... probing to be tried when silent

CYST OF MOLLS GLAND WITH BLEPHROCONJUCTIVITIS

For me it is appearing more of preseptal cellulitis ,following furuncle at the medial canthus as the lesion is pointed and erythema is more lateral.

Furuncle with preseptal cellululitis likely

appears to be dacryocystitis but nevertheless the m/m is same start systemic antibiotics nd anti inflammatory
