Infection with the virus causing COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is confirmed by the presence of viral RNA detected by molecular testing, usually RT-PCR. Detection of viral RNA does not necessarily mean that a person is infectious and able to transmit the virus to another person.
IgG igM antigen rapid card test will give you indication earliest in 15 mts But confirmatory is swab for RT pcr
Sir IgM become positive only after 4-5 days

To do rtpcr..sometimes it can be false NEGATIVE . Hence do repeat swab after 3 days if symptoms are suggestive of covid.. get isolated meanwhile..do IgM antibody test on day 7
