Along with all above she would need HRT as she is in menopausal age ,so anxiety, sweating ,mood elevation r due to hormonal changes. so put on low dose oestrogens. That would definitely help her.

r/o thromboembolism do carotid Doppler,ct scan,ECG with angiogram, strict control of BP is must,if every thing is normal sweating and anxiety is due to menopausal symptoms

Its a case of HTN with T2 D.M with dyslipidemia with anxiety disorder. Get sr.vit d3 levels checked along with HBA1C. Rx, Tab Enalapril 5 od, Tab voglibose- metformin 0.2/500 after breakfast, Tab Atorvastatin 20 od after dinner, Tab clonazepam 0.5 at bedtime. Psychiatry consultation and periodic monitoring of BP along with blood sugars.

along with DASH diet, proper portion control is important, as it is PP which is higher she needs to b explained wrt proper portion sizes, meal composition, and time gaps between meals this coupled with proper physical activity, especially avoiding immediate sitting or lying down post meals will help N so will Vajrasan post meals so basically a lifestyle modification will go a long way in improving results stay healthy stay blessed
