Female of age 62 yrs presenting with small papule on white part of right eye and redness around it from last 2 weeks. Pls suggest diagnosis and treatment.

. Lymphangiectasis of conjunctiva : Rx : . Steroid with antibiotics e/drops frequently. . Oral steroid. . It may take 2 to 3 weeks to resolve. . Puncture of lesion by sterlle needle is usually not useful , as , though cyst subsides immediately on puncture, it refills on next day.

This is lymphangioma of bulbar conjunctiva , a multilocular cyst. These are due to dilatation of lymph spaces This is my personal opinion
