Age of the pt is not mentioned.Quality of pain electric current like sensation at 5th 3rd division. Duration of pain , frequency precipitating factors etc not mentioned. Limited history probably bilateral 5th 3rd division trigeminal neuralgia. Suggest carbamazipine . MRI looks normal.

MRI grossly normal.... Pain at both Jaw region... Proper history with duration and aggravating factors... Give Oxcarbazepine for temporary pain relief...

MRI brain normal, would suspect TMJ or Trigeminal neuralgia which is uncommon bilaterally. Give CBZ.Later stage TN microvascular decompression.

Age of the pt is imp.to rule out comorbid conditions with trigeminal neuralgia CBZ or oxCBZ tt is symtamatic

Idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia. CBZ +/- gabapentin +/- baclofen

Trigeminal neuralgia
