FNAC OF BILATERAL BREASTS IN 35_40 Y FEMALE

35_40 year female came to the emergency opd c/o ulcer in the breasts since few days Chief Complaints C/o pain and ulcer in the breasts. History She told that she had applied some local thing over the breasts for the relief of pain after which the ulcer occured.No other significant history available. Vitals GC was not good..she was looking pale and lethargic. Physical Examination O/E pallor was 1+,no definite lump was palpable in the right breast and lump could not be PALPABLE in the left breast because of complete loss of skin of the breast.purulent discharge was present. Investigations CBC and CYTOLOGY WERE ADVISED. Diagnosis CBC show microcytic hypochromic anemia 1+..TLC within normal limit and no abnormal cells seen in the peripheral smear..CYTOLOGY from the right breast show only mature adipose tissue cells..CYTOLOGY FROM THE LEFT BREAST SHOW ACUTE AND CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY CELLS COMPRISING OF POLYMORPHS ,MACROPHAGES, MONONUCLEAR CELLS AND FIBROBLASTS. Management The patient was admitted in the surgical ward .I will do follow up of the case soon
