No need of vaccination if child is fully immunized as per schedule Pentavalent 3 doses at 6 , 10 , 14 weeks, DPT at 1 and half years , TDAP at 5 years , TT at 10 and 16 years

I agree + when person suffers crush injury, severe RTA, then inj.TT + Tetglobe can be given

If your concerned is immunisation of infant age group it can be given from 1st month But if your concerned is when to be given after immunisation than no need of passive immunity Only as and when pt sustained road side injury or rusted iron injury

There is no need of Inj. TT in pediatric age group apart from standard national immunization program which advises Tdap booster at 5 yrs and then at 10 yrs

The 3-dose primary series should begin as early as 6 weeks of age, with subsequent doses given with a minimum interval of 4 weeks between doses. The 3 booster doses should preferably be given during the second year of life (12–23 months), at 4–7 years of age, and at 9–15 years of age.

IF.. SECOND BOOSTER DOSE OF TRIPLE IS GIVEN.. IT WILL PROTECT CHILD UP TO 10 YRS OF AGE .. ON WARDS HE NEED'S TT..VACCINATION.. WHENEVER REQUIRED..

If baby is completely immunization, give at age of 5 year if there is indication

I agree with Dr Kute Ankush
