Fundus photograph of a young male patient having no vision at all.Diagnosis and possible causes

This is primary optic atrophy showing clear cut disc margin and shallow cupping.Apart from visual loss the patient showed di lated and fixed pupil.The causes include RBN,toxic, traumatic, compressive leison and deficiency like vitamin B -1 or 12;tobacco-alcohol amblyopia.
