Fusiform Aneurysm of Thoracic Aorta .PA view shown ,Shadow is seen.

Patients c/o ankle oedema ,bil for a month . h/o breathlessness at mild walk ,dyspnea on left lateral decubitus .ECG T wave flattened at V1,V2,V3. Comment at this chest x ray Opine your view.

The arch of Aorta and its descending part of Thoracic Aorta is prominently visible posterior to the cardiac shadow .It is fusiform in shape and dilated.I suspect aneurysm of thoracic aorta fusiform in shape.

Calcified opacities seen lt hilar and retrocardiac area Rt side is hyperinflated and shows lobulated effusion Domes are flattened ?post Cabg status Copd /pulmonary oedema/calcified old lesions
