P/D: PYOGENIC GRANULOMA (?) D/D: Peripheral giant cell granuloma, peripheral ossifying fibroma, metastatic cancer, hemangioma, pregnancy tumor, conventional granulation tissue hyperplasia, Kaposi's sarcoma, bacillary angiomatosis & non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
