Gingival swelling for 1 year

Chief Complaint A 33 y/o male presents with the complaint of swollen gingiva for 1 year Clinical Examinations It shows sessile lesion in the anterior maxillary gingiva with palatal expansion. RCT done irt 21 & 22 a year back. Investigations Lab shows blood cell counts as: WBC- 5.3, RBC- 4.92, HGB- 15.0, and PLT- 186. Diagnosis What is it according to you? Treatment Please advise.

? GINGIVAL HYPERPLASIA..

Could be a chronic long standing fibrosed abscess from the periapex post Rct / a reactive lesion post Rct ,considering the chronicity of the lesion extraction of adjacent teeth to see if the lesion subsides in a week or two. If not advice biopsy and further treatment.
