carbuncle r/o DM proper cleaning of wound and dressing with mupirocin cream undet aseptic precautions. alternate day dressing amoxiclav625 bd aceclo+para+serratio bd b complex /multivitamins

First of all clean n do wound debridement.ulcer proceeding towards cellulitis as it is an open wound now.No need of antiseptic dressing.don't bandage it.treat with oral erythromycin 500 mg for 2 weeks and topical combination of clobetasol,neomycin and miconazole twice a day.

Please read as prameha pidka not bhagandari pidka. Bhagandari pidka are different . They are found in bhag pradesh ie perineum.which not treated in time may form bhagandar ie fistula in ano.

Azythromycin Amoxicillin Cloxacillin methcillin oxacillin are drugs commonly used in staphylococcal infections. I will ues hardra sidhha ghrut and honey for dressing.

It is a carbuncle. Get the patient fasting glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin done as well.
