H/o: Age 19 -since he was 8. Eruption devloped as samll vesicals, forming bulla respectively. P/c/o: Papullo squamous scaling, Bulla, All ove body, Skin rips off Easyly.
If oral mucosa has lesions then chznces of Pemphigus vulgaris is more .Biopsy to be done and for confirmation immunoflurence to be done
