No H/O of trauma
H/O Suddenly irritation and pain since morning
Severe acute keratoconjunctivitis with large corneal abrasion with iridocyclitis. Rx : . Moxifloxacin e/drops frequently. . Chloramphenicol with polymyxin-b e/drops frequently. . Tobramycin e/drops frequently. . Atropine e/drops tid . .dark glasses . .tab. paracetamol. .Tab. dexamethasone. .Carboxymethyl cellulose e/drops frequently. .daily f/up for 6 to 7 days . . Rx will need to be continued for 1 month. . Addition of steroid e/drops qid after complete healing of corneal abrasion to reduce corneal opacity .
Ddx Keratoconjunctivitis.. Allergic conjunctivitis Moxi eye drops one drop 3 times a day FML drops Ibuprofen for one week...

Inflammation of kerocojunctivis treatment moxifloxacin keto eye drops QD 5 days and Antiinflammatory Eye drops QD 5 days and olopatadine eye drops BD 5 days and luricant CMC eye drops QD 5 days and eyes ointment used at bed time and Tab vitamin C and Tab Acetazolamide and clean eyes regularly saline solution water and protection of the eyes of the dust particles and light sun light UV radiation black goggles needed to cover the eyes patients don't work for eyes 7 days

15 male, having redness of both eye since 15 days. 15 days later his cold , flue solved. Only redness, mild itching and tenderness around the eye since that day. On opthalmic solutions of- Cipro then moxyfloxacin and ocurest H and then moxyfloxacin with olopat. No significant response. Please suggest

31 yrs/m , c/o burning of eyes off & on for few days . Vn , fundus r normal in each eye. There's no sticking of lids , or trauma to eyes. Pt has facial skin lesions si ce few weeks . Suggest possibilities & rx.
