9 yrs M swelling & itching on lips & groin region since 1 day pt's mother said that this happens when he eat rice Plz Dx n Rx any investigations required ?

A 12-year-old boy with a history of mild intermittent asthma and known environmental sensitivities presented with anaphylaxis to the emergency department. Fifteen minutes after eating a hotdog and taking 200 mg ibuprofen for the mild headache he had developed urticaria, a burning sensation in his eyes, conjunctivitis, peri-orbital swelling, sensation of tightness in his throat and shortness of breath. Plz, suggest the line of treatment.

5yr old girl, edema develop every night since 10 days involve only face . no pain no itching.history of taking syp 'liver o xyme' since 2 year that is discontinued before 15 days.most of swelling is reduced after injectable antihistaminic and steroids than started orally..is there need of further investigation?
