-It's rarest adverse effect of Oral reconstruction surgery post malignancy treatment- specially buccal mucosa CA- - can be manageble by Laser treatment along with few dental treatments sessions. - very rarest case. If you have such case make complete case studies & send it to International level oncology journal & research centre as well dermatology journal & research institute for clinical research .

This is extremely common in head neck oncology reconstruction. Happens often when submental flaps are used or flaps from hair bearing area. Usually following radiation the hairs are lost. Laser is another way to get rid of them.

this patient had a history of cancer of buccal mucosa.He undergone surgical reconstruction with radial forearm flaps and radiation therapy.this was rarest adverse effect of surgery.

Oral Cancer due to adverse effect of surgery intraoral hair are present. These intraoral Hair can be removed by surgery.

A CAS OF CANCER OF ORAL CAVITY. 84YEARS OLD MR XYZ WAS BOUGHT TO ME FOR RECENT DIGNOSED CASE OF ORAL CANCER BUT NON METASTATIC.HE WAS UNABLE OR PARTIALLY ABLE TO OPEN HIS MOUTH HENCE PHOTO WAS UNABLE TO SHOOT. WAS GIVEN A DOSE OF CARCINOCIN 200 AT CLINC IN VIEW OF HIS PATHOLOGY AND FAMILY'S HISTORY. AND A DOSE OF SULPHUR 200 A WK LATER 3MTHS.BACK. HE PASSED AWAY IN DEEP SLEEP WITHOUT ANY PAIN AND MISERY A WK.BEFORE.IE 3MONTS.LATER OF ABOVE MEDICATION. DIDN'T REQUIRE ANY PAIN KILLER TAB OR INJ THROUGHOUT.DEATH IS SURE IN CANCER CASE BUT HOMOEOPATHY SUITH AND EASE THE LIFE OF A CASE.
