cervical dystonia but postural hypotension
Hi GM everyone.... Today a female pt age 51 yrs came vit a compliant of dizzines nausea swetting at yesterday early mng n day full she felt d same symptoms except swetting only at lying down position n sitting from laying position n she taking clonotril 0.25 mg tab for cervical dystonia problem since 2009... Physician prescribed hypertensive tab vit tab vertin n tel its due to hypertension .... her bp s 13/80;;140/80 datssolve... wt d diagnosis n treatment I think its not hypertension may some other problem plz opine
Most probably she has positional vertigo. Any H/ o of neck pain ? Any tinnitus?Already on vertin .suggest neck exercise. Continue vertin and look for the response .Vertin 16 mg twice daily for a week.
Her present condition is looks due to her cervical problem. She needs further investigation X_ray neck MRI CBC -- to see Hb Lipid Rft TFT Till give her Tab vertin 16 mg bd Tab Pregabalin 75 mg od Advise neck exercise and considering postural hypotension some do and don't do

As above symptoms are associated postural hypotension due to many reasons... minerals/anti hypertension drugs/poor diet/ sedentary lifestyle/obesity/stressful situations/irregular sleep/poor intake water/neurology drugs ( neuropathy pain relief) Other are CSF quantity/DM/respiratory causes. Investigation are k,ca,Na,RBS, thyroid hormone,CBC,LFT,RFT, vitamins B12. Semstil tablet with coconut water are used Primary related products. And physicians opinion for cause vasodilation to developed these type of symptoms.
रोगी सम्भवतः मानसिक तनाव से ग्रस्त है। चिकित्सा संबंधी योग,,, तगर 50 ग्राम जटामांसी 25 ग्राम लेकर दोनों का पाउडर बनाकर 10 ग्राम रात को सोते समय सुखोष्ण जल से सेवन कराएं। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।

45 female..known case of Dm..and hypothyroidism on rx.....weight 65 kg...back pain since 4 month..slightly day by day increases..tingling and numbness at lower limb....MRI done....neurosurgeon given medicine..but not rilife..tab flexon mr..tab neurobion forte ..tab shelcal 500 given...but not rilife......pls sugest medical managment or reqwired surgery. and outcome of surgery...pls suggest.
