only mild itching not responding to local steroids

A about 65 years old gentleman came with eruption with severe itching all over body since 2 months following medication for knee pain. Kindly help in diagnosis and management. Although I have put on bolus inj. Methyl prednisolone 120 mg & tab. Prednisolone 10 mg ,Anti histamine , inj. Ceftriaxone & calamine lotion.
