Just treat as thermal burn .two points are imp..here thermal but is like tip of iceberg..only entry and some times exit burn are found but much more damage inside..ECG rule out arrythmias or heart block etc..start IV infusion of RL and as don't know the exact surface area of burn .so fluid amount to be guided mainly by urine output ..if pt stable allow oral fluid and diet.normally urineput must be 1ml/kg BW /hr but for electric burn it should be @ 1.5ml/kg/hr. thank you

* WOUND MANAGEMENT.. CLEANING DEBRIDEMENT AND DRESSING WITH MUPIROCIN..BACTIGUAS.. * IV..FLUIDS..AND.. CARDIAC MONITORING.. *SYMPTOMATIC..TREATMENT.. PAINKILLERS.. ANTIBIOTICS.. MULTIVITAMINS ANTIOXIDANTS.. * EXPERTS OPINION..

Thank you doctor
