If pt is sensitive to norflox tz can we try another fluroqunolone derivatives for same pt?

In a CS language, Sensitive means..*Can be given*. Resistance means microorganisms would not be killed....Reactive means, cause allergic reaction.. Well Dr.Ingleji , now pl post how can we help you.!

Signs of hypersensitivity reaction note down..u can try it using another fluoroquinolones if see same signs seen then switch over to macrolide or cephalosporin derivatives..inform the patient note with hypersensitivity drug reactions..

No not a single drug from same group , including nalidixic acid if patient is allergic to one drug .
