IgM + for CMV, at 9 weeks, how to manage patient?

PRADER'S ANATOMICAL CLASSIFICATION OF VIRILIZATION. I Female external genitilia with clitoromegaly. II Clitoromegaly with partial labial fusion forming a funnel shaped urogenital sinus. III Increased phallic size with complete labioscrotal fusion forming a urogenital sinus with a single opening. IV Complete scrotal fusion with the opening of the urogenital sinus at the base of the phallus. V Normal male external genitilia.

A Child of 5 years presenting with single lesion on back present since birth. Respected doctors suggest Diagnosis and management.

this 1 day , old baby, born by LSCS , having RDS and redness of face Diagnosis ?

Baby is 2 years old . look at the photo carefully ....genital orifice is absent(?) . but urethral opening is well give me opinion .

these types of lesions on cheeks from 15 days and on other body parts from 2 days.. no family history
