parotid region swelling

5 yr child c/o anterior midline neck swelling since birth. *Chief Complaints* Anterior midline neck swelling in the region of hyoid bone,which recently increased in size. *History* No significant past history..no associated fever or any lymphadenopathy. *Vitals* G C average...weight and height within normal range. *Physical Examination* O/E 1.9x 0.8 cm soft to cystic, moving with deglutition anterior midline neck swelling in the region of hyoid bone since birth. *Investigations* The patient was advised FNAC of the swelling..on aspiration ,0.8 ml blood mixed whitish material aspirated. The smears were H&E stained. The smears show benign and meta plastic squamous epithelial cells, inflammatory cells comprising of polymorphs, macrophages and mononuclear cells and cholesterol Crystals. *Diagnosis* I made the diagnosis of THYROGLOSSAL DUCT CYST AND ADVISED CLINICAL CORRELATION AND BIOPSY DIAGNOSIS

40 yrs/m , c/o Pain in eyes & redness of eyes following exposure to hot fumes before 3 days . Pt had taken some tablets & instilled some e/drops with no improvement. Vn is 6/18 in each eye. Describe lesions & suggest rx.

Postrx pictures , 21 hrs after start of rx, of 55 yrs/m with swelling & redness of eye for 12 hrs . Better than expected improvement can be seen in the pictures after 21 hrs of rx.

This type of lesion on penis of a 4 years old boy 7days after circumcision. Pain < washing. No fever. Share your valuable opinion.

30yrs/m, c/o pain in eye & d/v in rt eye since 22 hrs following application of some plant juice on lower lid skin at the site of honey bee sting . Vn is 6/60 . Describe lesion and suggest treatment .
