5 days back insect bite increasing day by day with mild pain throbbing in nature .. Diagnosis and treatment Chief Complaints Pain and swelling increasing day by day since 5 days .. Physical Examination Vital are within normal limits

Insect bite reaction leading to cellulitis and angioedema. Cold compression. Inj Avil 2ml +Inj dexona 2ml iv stat than sos. Inj ceftam 500 mg iv bd. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Levocet 5mg bd. Keep the area clean and raised. Thrombophob oint locally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Look for vital signs and symptoms Evaluation required.

Antihistamine, A short course of tab.prednisilone in tapering dose, Antiinflamatory, Antibiotic orally, Keep hand elevated during rest, Blood sugar test, ESR,CRP,CBC Ice cold Sponging stat & sos. Toxic dermatological reaction of insect bite. Clean the areawith antiseptic solution. Cold compression. Antibiotic,orally. NSAID.. Fexafenidine 180.mg 1 tab BD.x 5 days. If required Oral steroid for shorter span with tapering off doses protocol.
