12yrs male child presented in ER in drowsy condition with complaints of Right sided hemiplegia,slurred speech,facial deviation,restlessness. This child has a Renal stone for 4yrs for which he is taking treatment in village.USG whole abdomen awaited. O/e - Afebrile,pupils B/l NS/NR,GCS-13/15 Bp - 180/90mmhg Pr - 92/mt Spo2 - 98% Chest - Clear,P/A - Soft non tender Diagnosis and suggest course of management please,What could be the reason for haemorrhage??

22 days preterm child 1.4 kg admitted since birth admitted at NICU at me ,surfactant given two times ventilation for ten days now with out oxygen maintain vitals, no fever, septic screen normal,blood culture and urine culture normal, CBC normal yesterday, kFT,LFT normal, ant fontanallae normal, vitamin k given three consecutive days, since 72 hours no antibiotics only iv rantac, EBM nasogastric feed with out residual, today in afternoon blood aspirate, till night frank blood around 20 ml,without any injury to oral mucosa, haemoglobin fall 3 gm percent, without thrombocytopenia ,immediately stop feeding,NBM, vitamin k given again, g6pd enzyme deficiency sample sent, stool for occult blood negative, vitals stable without oxygen, what could be cause of gastrintestinal bleeding? could it be antibiotics induced late HDN can be cause even after three days and just after delivery vitamin k given ?? needs any further investigation or workup??

A 10yrs old male boy presented to ED in a gasping condition.Intubated then putted on venti support.H/o Headache followed by vomitting,N/h/o fever or any other comorbidy.During hosptlization clinical findings are CNS - deeply unconscious,Pupils - B/L dilated fixed,GCS - E1V1M3,Chest - crepts present,P/A - Soft non tender.Poor prognosis explained.Diagnosis?

A young male with four episodes of blurred vision followed by decreased tone and loss of consciousness..thought of seizures ..eeg normal..MRI brain revealed resolving hemorrhage..not a known htn or DM..thought of avm and ordered CT cerebral angiography...does this patient need surgical intervention as CT angiography showing av malformations
