Irreversible pulpitus.

#CCL CONTEST Chief Complaints 28yr female c/o Episodes of Pus formation in right upper back region of jaw .. History No medical history. Patient c/o pus accumulation at upper right back region since 4-5 months.the pustule ruptures by its own later. No history of pain. Vitals Vitals normal Physical Examination Carious 14,15. TOP -ve. No sensitivity. No swelling present Investigations Iopar 14,15 Diagnosis Chronic irreversible pulpitus Management Root canal treatment done 14,15 in two visits. Ist visit:- caries excavated Canals located and bmp done Intra canal medicament Caoh placed for 3 weeks. Teeth restored with temporary filling. 2nd visit:- Canals obturated and teeth restored with permanent composite restoration. Patient recalled after 6 months and the teeth doing absolutely fine without any previous complaint.
