Is it fungal infection?

This 50 year old male has taken anti fungal treatment in the past like amrolfine, ciclopirox and coupled with fusidic acid application Recently he was on levocet 5mg and Clotrimazole oint application History No history of HTN and T2DM Vitals Vitals are normal Management Kindly guide me that whether it is fungal infection or something else

Coz you did not text patient's present complaints , it is not possible to diagnose on the basis of what happened in the past and on what treatment he was. Pl.initiate for biopsy to confirm... I am concerned with itching frequencies in present.

* Porokeratosis ** Fungal Infection. Reassurance and counciling required because it takes months to recover. Continue treatment. + Improve General health and personal hygiene. Keto soap powder and lotion locally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.

No fungal infection. It seems likely to be lichen planus. Misturiser and antihistaminic and c-sora skin ointment locally.

Patches are like fungal patches But appearance change due to fusidic acid or other ointment application If biopsy happen, then good step to confirm Antifungal therapy with proper guidance

Appears to be lichen planus Diagnosis can be achieved only after a proper history and clinical examination
