Hematoma following unnoticed injury, caused inflammatory and infective lesion. Antibiotic orally.x 5 days. Antibiotic topical application. NSAID. X Ray..PNS to access the involvement of para nasal sinuses.

Possibly sinus connecting to maxillary sinus. Medical management with antibiotics and surgical intervention sos . See for diabetes Hansen's disease. TB Immunocompromised state etc

adv to consult ENT surgeon, amd further procedure... locally, Shadbindu oil 6to 8 drop each nostril 2 3 time's a day for 3 to 4 days, Rx Dashmool.qwath BD galo ghan tab 1bd
