It's cutaneous Horn R/o whether it's benign, premalignant or malignant! Its a hard conical projection from the skin, made of compact keratin. Excision and Histopathology evaluation

Most probably of "Cutaneous Horn". May be basal cell carcinoma. I think do biopsy for confirmation.
