Man 59yo in check-up lung x-ray detected a mass at left lung, asymptomatic, no history tuberculosis, non-smoking patient. Suggest the line of treatment?

Left lower lobe solitory pulm nodul /opacity. Most common possibility Hamartoma D/d bronchial adenoma Fibroma Leiomyom Haemangioma If malignant Bronchog.ca Carcinoid tumor Lymphoma. Evaluate further

Benign or Malignant mass Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment.
