Management of corn with infection

BS antibiotics orally and dressing with betadine lotion daily to control Infection. After Infection is control Watnil lotion locally. Rehydrate skin and padding at site of corn .If not responding or painful Excision under LA and ASD with megaseal oint give antibiotics and analgesic to reduce pain.

Netter if u post picture anyway..if he is diabetic please excise the corn and approximate the wound as much as possible and apple any boradspectrum antibiotic and soft dressing ..better yo avoid walk or giving pressure for 4-5days .
