Sting is to be removed immediately Injection Avil, dexamethasone as required Inj adrenaline if anaphylaxis
Based on the sting on the surface of skin Any erythema or induration Any rash Then go for Inj.hydrocortisone 100 mg iv stat Inj.avil 1amp.im stat With calamine lotion Tab .taxim 200 mg daily 2 times a day Tab.hifenac p 2 times a day Tab.razo 20 mg daily one bbf For 5 days
Removal of sting Hydrocort Avil Ranitidine IV FLUIDS Analgesics Vitals monitoring GCS

Antihistamines and steroids are mainstay treatment. Inj. Adrenalin given if anyphylaxis is present.
