Benign skin lesion

Proper history not known 63 year old male presented with these skin lesions for around 10 to 15 years with increase in numbers but rapid increase in size not known and lymph node status not known.

Mostly Seborrheic Keratosis. Mole & Lentigines also present .

Difficult to differentiate. But apparently look like benign lesions . Best option excise the largest one with adequate margins and send for HPE
