A female aged 38 years p/w complaints of Painless and Progressive Jaundice since 1 month... She also had Pruritus and Silver coloured stools since 1 week.... Lets discuss her MRI films and differential diagnosis Investigations S Bil - 12 Direct Bil - 10 ALP - 789 AST 100 ALT 123 Rest normal
