Neck swelling - Dx?

Chief Complaint A 49 y/o male presented with a tumor of the left supraclavicular area and the upper thorax for past 6-7 months. History Patient had a small sized swelling 5-6 years back which was excised and diagnosed as aggressive fibromatosis. This tumor is at the same place. Patient is diabetic and is under controll with medication. No other past medical or surgical history. Vitals BP: 130/80 mmhg, Pulse: 76 bpm, Resp rate: 18 bpm, Temp: 98.5 degree F. Examination On examination patient was not able to move his neck. The tumor was necrosed and continuously bleeding. Treatment What should be done now?

Recurrence of swelling at same site with stiffness of neck If malignancy is r/o it will resolved in due course of time with NSAIDs+muscle and physiotherapy

Malignancy Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude till reports prove otherwise. Surgical intervention required to remove.
